Our STEEL CASTING processes: Water Glass Casting: This type of casting process can make carbon steel castings with tolerance CT7-CT8. Most of carbon steel castings use water glass casting process for its low cost.

Our machining parts min tolerance scope is ±01001mm or according to customer's drawings.
Pressure die casting is a quick, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing process for production of high volume, metal components that are net-shaped have tight tolerances. Basically, the pressure die casting process consists of injecting under high pressure a molten metal alloy into a steel mold (or tool). This gets solidified rapidly (from milliseconds to a few seconds) to form a net shaped component. It is then automatically extracted.

ANTAI offers a wide range of alloys selection for investment castings. We can make products following your material specifications or material compositions. Ideal for smaller production runs. Intricate parts with undercuts, smooth surfaces and no parting lines. Even if investment casting can reach excellent tolerances, but somtimes, for tighter dimensional tolerances, additional machining will be needed. So to supply finished products, we also have a mature machining production line.
We are a fully equipped casting foundry, we have completely in-house casting and machining capacity, proceed from mould design to pattern assembly, pouring, cutting, sand blasting, heat treatment and machining. Our main foundry equipment includes one resin sand casting line designed production capacity of 5000 tons, one green sand casting production line. Five sets of electric furnace including 3 sets of 5 tons and 2 sets of 1.5 tons. Our casting parts min tolerance scope is ±0.3” or according to customer’s drawings.
